The personal data left by a user will not be passed on to third parties. The publisher assures that any information will be handled in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations. The publisher points out that for technical reasons he cannot exclude the possibility that third parties may be able to view the transmitted data during transmission. Collection of personal data when visiting our website

Right of objection

You have the right to object at any time, for reasons arising from your particular situation, to the processing of personal data relating to you that is carried out on the basis of Article 6(1)(e) or (f) FADP, including profiling based on these provisions. The controller no longer processes the personal data unless he can demonstrate compelling legitimate reasons for processing which outweigh the interests, rights and freedoms of the data subject, or unless the processing is for the purpose of asserting, exercising or defending legal claims.

Where personal data are processed for the purpose of direct marketing, you have the right to object at any time to the processing of personal data relating to you for the purpose of such marketing, including profiling, where it is linked to such direct marketing. If you object to processing for the purposes of direct marketing, your personal data will no longer be processed for those purposes.

In the context of the use of information society services, and notwithstanding Directive 2002/58/EC, you may exercise your right to object by means of automated procedures using technical specifications.

You have the right to object, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to the processing of personal data concerning you which is carried out for the purposes of scientific or historical research or for statistical purposes as referred to in Article 89(1), except where such processing is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest.

Right to complain to a supervisory authority

They shall also have, without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial remedy, the right to complain to a supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State in which they are resident, in their place of employment or in the place where the alleged infringement occurred, if the data subject considers that the processing of personal data relating to him or her is being carried out in breach of this Regulation.
